Dr. Shafqat Mehmood Free Dispensary is a charitable healthcare initiative established with the assistance of Al Noor Welfare Foundation. Our mission is to provide preliminary medical services free of charge to underserved communities at their doorstep, ensuring that quality healthcare is accessible to the catchment area regardless of their cast, creed, religion, social or economic status.

Founded with a vision to bridge the healthcare gap in the heart of city but underprivileged population around Chilla Gah Baba Fareed R.A and vicinity of Data Ganj Baksh R.A, the dispensary offers a primary healthcare facilities, secondary and tertiary care facilities are being extended on selective dates by the outreach program of Mayo Hospital Lahore. We believe that healthcare is a fundamental human right, and our dedicated team works tirelessly to make this belief a reality for thousands of patients each year.
